Key Responsibilities
- Take cross-functional ownership of critical business outcomes, such as company-wide efficiency metrics.
- Partner closely with leaders across the business, not just in technology.
- Guide critical decisions affecting technical infrastructure.
- Foster a culture of technical and operational excellence.
- Lead a team of engineers
Requirements
- Have led a team- or teams of engineers in a high-performing organisation for at least three years.
- Experience as a startup founder or in early stage teams is a strong plus, but not required.
- Background in logistics and supply chain technology is highly desirable.
