The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at TEC Partners, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier talent to guiding clients and candidates through every step. We value initiative, creativity, and a consultative approach - so expect plenty of autonomy and opportunity to put your own stamp on things.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Sourcing and engaging with high-calibre candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for both permanent and contract roles
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs
- Collaborating with our close-knit, high-energy team to meet targets and exceed expectations
- Staying on top of market trends and developments to be the go-to expert in your field
What we're looking for
We're after someone who:
- Has a natural flair for building relationships and influencing people
- Thrives in a sales-driven environment and isn't afraid of a challenge
- Has exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Is resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ideally has some recruitment or sales experience (but we're open to potential!)
