What we're looking for

We're after someone who:

  • Has a natural flair for building relationships and influencing people
  • Thrives in a sales-driven environment and isn't afraid of a challenge
  • Has exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Is resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ideally has some recruitment or sales experience (but we're open to potential!)

Why TEC Partners?

  • Uncapped earning potential with competitive base salary + commission
  • Clear progression path - we promote from within and offer continuous development as well as continued support from our L&D team
  • Supportive, team-focused culture - we celebrate wins together and lift each other up
  • Hybrid working options after the initial onboarding period
  • Regular incentives, social events, and company perks (did we mention trips abroad?)

Ready to take the next step in your recruitment career? We'd love to hear from you. Apply today and let's see where TEC Partners can take you.
