I'm working with a Berlin-based, VC-backed startup that's building the leading open-source platform for observability and analytics in LLM applications. They're seeking a Backend Engineer to help scale their platform and ensure its reliability as it ingests millions of events daily.

You'll collaborate directly with the founding team to optimize performance, implement scalable infrastructure, and contribute to both self-hosted and cloud deployments. This is a unique opportunity to shape the backend architecture of a rapidly growing open-source project.
