Business Analyst
📍 Location: Suffolk (Hybrid Working Available)
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving operational improvements, supporting technology projects, and enabling change across the business.
Responsibilities:
As Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, and wider business functions to capture requirements, analyse processes, and help implement effective, scalable solutions.
Your day-to-day will include:
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews
Supporting feasibility studies and business cases
Mapping current processes and identifying areas for improvement
Supporting change management and project delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident working across all levels of the business
Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ideally, experience within utilities or infrastructure sectors (desirable)
