Your Role

You'll be key to keeping our 24/7 production running smoothly by performing both preventative and corrective maintenance on machines, installations, tools, and building systems. Expect a broad range of technical challenges and a strong emphasis on proactive problem-solving.

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance tasks

  • Analyze and resolve system malfunctions, escalating to suppliers when necessary

  • Supervise and support external service technicians (including international providers)

  • Test, document, and commission systems and installations

  • Recommend improvements and advise on equipment reliability and maintenance

  • Take ownership of HSE standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment

  • Maintain a clean workspace and minimize waste

  • Monitor the use of PPE and promote a strong safety culture

  • Work according to NEN 3140 standards

What You'll Need

  • Secondary vocational education in mechatronics, electronics, or control systems

  • Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and mechatronics

  • Awareness of internal safety procedures and maintenance practices

  • Strong communication skills in English and German

  • A hands-on, responsible approach and a proactive attitude to safety and improvement
