Job Title: Enterprise & Technology Risk Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days p/week in office)

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + package & bonus

In this role, you'll take a strategic view of risk across the business while working closely with technology teams to ensure resilience in an increasingly digital world. You'll identify emerging risks, build continuity plans, and advise senior stakeholders - making a real impact on how the company operates and grows.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with senior leaders and technology teams to identify and manage risks.
- Developing and testing business continuity and resilience plans.
- Providing expertise on technology and cyber-related risks.
- Delivering risk education to embed a risk-aware culture.
- Supporting board-level reporting on enterprise-wide risk.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in risk management, ideally with exposure to both enterprise and technology risks.
- Knowledge of business continuity and resilience principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to drive change.
