Are you a proactive and experienced product or process leader ready to take ownership of complex procurement processes? This is a new, high-impact role leading P2P process improvement, system implementation, and content strategy for a transformation programme. You'll bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure, driving efficiency and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of P2P processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Lead system implementation and embedding, preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Conduct complex process mapping and engineering, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements.
  • Apply UX and user-centred design principles, including conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Build and deliver a product/digital roadmap for P2P processes and related systems.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement post-launch, including optimisation of content and workflows.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
  • Proven track record in content/process transformation, including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritisation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in complex process mapping, analytics, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge or awareness of compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems.

Desirable:

  • Direct experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial/procurement systems.
  • Background in commercial or defence transformation programmes.
  • Formal certifications: Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience mentoring and developing teams, delivering content strategies, and maintaining content guidelines.

Why Apply?

This is a high-impact, senior role where you will lead the improvement of procurement processes, system implementations, and content strategy. It's perfect for candidates who thrive in transformation programmes, enjoy complex problem-solving, and want to influence process, people, and system outcomes across a significant programme.
