Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to start your career in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established technology company that designs and manufactures innovative electronic test and measurement products used by global customers in a wide range of industries.

As a Graduate Customer Support Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on helping customers get the best out of high-performance electronic systems. You'll work across installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting, while developing a strong foundation in product knowledge, software tools, and customer communication.

What you'll be doing:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries related to product setup, configuration, and performance
  • Escalating more complex issues to engineering and product teams while ensuring clear communication throughout
  • Documenting support activity and contributing to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides
  • Delivering remote and in-person training sessions to help customers gain confidence with products
  • Building long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical contact
  • Feeding customer insights back to the development teams to support product improvements

What we're looking for:

  • A recent Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • Some knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW™ or VeriStand™)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to work well with customers
  • A proactive, adaptable approach - comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment

Desirable experience:

  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment or instrument control standards (PXI, LXI, VISA, IVI)
  • Experience with CRM or support tools such as Salesforce ServiceCloud

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to launch their engineering career in a role that blends technical depth with customer interaction. You'll receive ongoing support and training to help you develop your skills and progress within a growing international business.
