  • Monitor evolving EHS regulations and proactively implement improvements
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across field teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in EHS roles within field service, heavy industry, energy, or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of EHS regulations and electrical safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, EPA or equivalent European frameworks)
  • Knowledge of the Dutch VCA program
  • Solid understanding of electrical safety principles including lockout/tagout and arc flash controls
  • Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience using EHS management systems and reporting tools
  • Professional certifications such as CSP or equivalent are advantageous

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively across Europe
  • Approximately 5% international travel outside Europe may be required
  • Must be based in Europe
  • Must hold a permanent right to work in Europe

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, field-based EHS professional who thrives in dynamic project environments and enjoys international travel.
