SELECT Case Study: Fluidic Analytics

Fluidic Analytics are a bio-tech company who design, develop and manufacture tools to revolutionise the way proteins are characterised.

Fluidic Analytics needed the support of a specialist recruitment company, with the technical understanding to assist the fast growth of their software division.

Our Select option ensured suitable candidates were sourced and submitted quickly, utilising our existing networks. We subsequently conducted a successful Executive Search campaign too.

"I worked with TEC Partners when I was recruiting a team of Embedded Android developers, Testers and a Head of Software at Fluidic Analytics in Cambridge. The team there are an absolute pleasure to work with. They took time to properly understand our company
culture and each individual job brief. The quality of candidates presented to us was superb. We had fewer but higher quality C.Vs from TEC Partners because they pre-filtered out unsuitable ones which other agencies would have presented to us.

When I decided to emigrate to Canada and leave Fluidic Analytics, they did an executive search for us to hire my replacement. This was handled sensitively, in strict confidence and to a tight schedule which resulted in a fantastic short list or candidates from which we made a hire.

The team there are intelligent, hardworking, well organised and enthusiastic. They present a good image of us to the candidates and feedback from the candidates on TEC Partners is always good. Another refreshing characteristic is that they are not pushy and don't try and convince us to hire someone just to make their numbers. That is so much appreciated and leads to trust in the relationship.

I would not hesitate to recommend TEC Partners to prospective clients and to candidates."
