The Role: They are currently seeking experienced Staff level Full Stack Engineers with expertise in Python and React to help scale their platform. As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a critical role in building and optimizing systems and guiding the technical direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Python for the backend and React for the frontend.
- Lead technical initiatives, ensuring scalability and high performance of our systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and continuously improve the platform.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, applying new technologies and methodologies to improve our platform.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong command of Python and React.
- Proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
