TEC Partners are partnering with a VC backed scale-up AI-powered platform that is revolutionizing how businesses create professional-grade videos using AI. Their platform enables users to generate realistic human avatars, complete with emotional expressions and hand gestures, all without the need for specialized equipment or editing skills. Supporting over 120 languages, the company are transforming video production for marketing, training, and more.

The Role: They are currently seeking experienced Staff level Full Stack Engineers with expertise in Python and React to help scale their platform. As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a critical role in building and optimizing systems and guiding the technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Python for the backend and React for the frontend.
  • Lead technical initiatives, ensuring scalability and high performance of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and continuously improve the platform.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, applying new technologies and methodologies to improve our platform.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong command of Python and React.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficient in database management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
