Hiring: Founding Engineer | AI Voice Tech | Berlin (Onsite)

I'm hiring on behalf of a VC-backed AI startup in Berlin that's reinventing how businesses handle voice communication using AI-powered agents.

They've already hit six-figure ARR, recently closed a multi-million euro round, and are now looking for a Founding Engineer to help shape the product, tech, and culture from the ground up.

You'll work directly with the founding team to build 0-1 features, influence technical decisions, and take full ownership of what you ship.
