Health & Safety Lead – Engineering & Manufacturing Location: Walthamstow, London Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, Fully On-Site We are recruiting a Health & Safety Lead to join an innovative and growing engineering business based in Walthamstow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Health & Safety within engineering or manufacturing who is looking to take the next step in their career, develop towards a leadership position and take ownership of a company's Health & Safety function. This will be the first dedicated Health & Safety position within the business. While policies and procedures are already in place, the company is looking for someone who can assess their effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and establish a structured, compliant and practical approach to Health & Safety. The role will be based exclusively at the Walthamstow site, working closely with the leadership team, engineers and workshop staff. The Role One of your first responsibilities will be to conduct a full Health & Safety audit of the site, reviewing existing policies, procedures, equipment and working practices. From there, you'll identify any gaps in compliance, prioritise improvements and develop an action plan to ensure the business meets its Health & Safety obligations. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of this process, working alongside the leadership team to introduce improvements and build a positive safety culture throughout the business. Alongside Health & Safety, you'll also play an important role in the day-to-day management and organisation of the engineering workshop, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.

Tig Welder Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 per annum Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire Contract: Full-Time, Permanent We are urgently recruiting 3 experienced TIG Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Chatteris. Due to continued demand and a growing workload, they are looking to add three skilled welders to the team as soon as possible.

CNC Turner Location: Near Wymondham, Norfolk Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour DOE + Overtime Hours: Monday – Friday Contract: Permanent, Full-Time   We are recruiting an experienced CNC Turner to join a well-established growing precision engineering SME based near Wymondham.   This is a great opportunity for an experienced machinist who enjoys variety. The business manufactures precision components for customers across aerospace, oil & gas, motorsport and other specialist engineering sectors, with work ranging from volume production through to complex one-off components.   The Role   You will be responsible for setting, operating and programming Mazak CNC turning machines using Mazatrol, working from engineering drawings to manufacture components to the required specifications and tolerances.  

Toolmaker Location: Clacton-on-Sea Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Contract: Full-time, Permanent   We are recruiting an experienced Toolmaker to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Essex.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in injection mould toolmaking who is looking for a long-term position with genuine progression. As the business continues to grow, there is scope for the successful person to develop towards a position combining Toolmaking with additional management responsibilities.

Electrical Assembly Technician Location: Beccles, Suffolk Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on experience Contract: Full-time, Permanent   TEC Partners are working with a specialist engineering and automation business in Beccles to recruit an Electrical Assembly Technician to join their growing team.   This is a hands-on position working on the build, wiring and installation of bespoke automated machinery and control systems. You’ll work from electrical and pneumatic drawings to assemble complex equipment, carry out testing and fault finding, and support installations at customer sites.

Electrical Technician – Wiring & Assembly Location: Newmarket, Suffolk Salary: Up to £35,000 Are you experienced in electrical wiring, assembly or panel building and confident working from electrical drawings and schematics? We’re recruiting an Electrical Technician – Wiring & Assembly to join an engineering business based in Newmarket. This is a hands-on, workshop-based position working as part of a production and engineering team to build and test electrical systems for bespoke engineering projects. You don't necessarily need to have held the title "Electrical Assembler". We're interested in people from a range of hands-on electrical backgrounds who are comfortable building, wiring and testing electrical components and systems.
