Position: Technical Services Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Location: North Essex
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
The Role:
Working from the office, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of service engineers.
You will work together to deal with technical customer enquiries (both sale and pre-sale), the service, repair and installation of equipment, and also produce custom quotations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a service or technical support environment (ideally within Chemistry/Medical/Lab equipment)
- Previous management experience - including performance reviews and development
- Experience with setting and developing KPI's
- Fully IT literate (MS packages - mostly Excel)
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and instruction manuals (for electro-mechanical equipment)
