The Role
As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Own and deliver entire features and projects end-to-end.
- Ship optimizations and refactors to improve system performance.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs.
- Build intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Work within real-time, low-latency constraints to develop high-performance applications.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience with TypeScript + Next.js or a similar frontend framework.
- Experience with Python and modern async patterns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.
- A startup mindset-willing to take ownership, iterate quickly, and adapt to uncertainty.
- A founder's mentality-new ideas come naturally, and you take initiative to bring them to life.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Founding Engineer, Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Principal Engineer.
- 1+ years of experience working at a company with fewer than 100 employees.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment.
