Lead Technical Artist

Location: London (hybrid, 2 days per week on site)

Salary: £65,000 - £72,000 per annum (plus package, including bonus)

Tec Partners are working with an exciting and successful games studio who are looking to recruit a Lead Technical Artist into one of their leading game teams. The studio are market leaders in the mobile social casino game space, are well-backed and are enjoying continued growth and success. As a Lead Technical Artist, you will play a pivotal role on one of their most successful titles and join a company with a true people-first culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader who can support and mentor, removing blockers for your team
  • Display an eye for quality - you'll deliver feedback to the team, both visual and technical, ensuring work is of the highest quality and allowing the team to learn and improve
  • Be a key voice in high-level discussion, both creative and technical
  • Remain hands-on on technically, leading the team from the front
  • Push creative boundaries

What they are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Technical Artist working on mobile games (2D)
  • Strong Unity experience
  • C# programming experience
