- Develop & Optimize Algorithms: Leverage and build AI models for video feedback, creator scoring, and content alignment.

- Data Strategy: Identify and source additional datasets to enhance model performance.
- Lead Innovation: Stay ahead of AI advancements and bring state-of-the-art tools to life.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Tech, Product, and Customer Success to deploy impactful solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years in AI/data science roles, including deploying real-world machine learning solutions.
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge: Strong foundation in NLP, Computer Vision, recommendation systems, and supervised/unsupervised learning.
- Mindset: Results-driven, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver.
- Bonus Points: Experience with MLOps, ad optimization techniques, or in high-growth startups.
