Business Analyst
📍 Location: Suffolk (Hybrid Working Available)

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving operational improvements, supporting technology projects, and enabling change across the business.

Responsibilities:

As Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, and wider business functions to capture requirements, analyse processes, and help implement effective, scalable solutions.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements

  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews

  • Supporting feasibility studies and business cases

  • Mapping current processes and identifying areas for improvement

  • Supporting change management and project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Confident working across all levels of the business

  • Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ideally, experience within utilities or infrastructure sectors (desirable)
