About the Opportunity

An early-stage startup is building the only platform for self-improving voice AI agents. After closing a $4.5M seed round, the company has experienced rapid growth, doubling in size within just eight weeks. They are now looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of core features and play a key role in shaping both the product and company culture.

The Role

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Own and deliver entire features and projects end-to-end.

  • Ship optimizations and refactors to improve system performance.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs.

  • Build intuitive and delightful user experiences.

  • Work within real-time, low-latency constraints to develop high-performance applications.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with TypeScript + Next.js or a similar frontend framework.

  • Experience with Python and modern async patterns.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.

  • A startup mindset-willing to take ownership, iterate quickly, and adapt to uncertainty.

  • A founder's mentality-new ideas come naturally, and you take initiative to bring them to life.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Founding Engineer, Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Principal Engineer.

  • 1+ years of experience working at a company with fewer than 100 employees.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, in-person startup environment.

Why Join?

  • High Impact Role: Shape the future of AI-driven voice agents.

  • Fast Growth: Be part of a team that's rapidly scaling and innovating.

  • Equity & Ownership: Significant equity in an early-stage, high-potential startup.

  • Collaborative Culture: Join a tight-knit team where your ideas and contributions will directly influence the product and company trajectory.

Diversity & Inclusion

We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, including underrepresented groups in tech, women, non-binary professionals, career changers, and those returning to the workforce.

If you're an ambitious full-stack engineer excited about building cutting-edge AI applications, we'd love to hear from you! Apply today to be part of something groundbreaking.
