Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Position Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our Lean & Manufacturing Engineering Team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving and developing manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and flexibility. You will work closely with production staff and other internal stakeholders, acting as a link between engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and project members to improve manufacturing processes.
Act as a technical liaison between operators, team leaders, EHS, quality, R&D, and manufacturing engineering.
Supervise and optimise production processes with a focus on lean manufacturing.
Develop and implement tools, resources, and methods to improve safety, ergonomics, and product quality.
Create and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis), process documentation, and work instructions.
Ensure validation and documentation of processes; deliver training for production employees.
Support the release of process designs in collaboration with the quality assurance team.
Continuously monitor and respond to the needs of both internal and external customers.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in process optimisation or automation.
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, PFMEA, and Value Stream Mapping.
Proficient in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
A proactive, hands-on, and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and team-oriented attitude.
