Are you an experienced EH&S professional ready to lead safety strategy and compliance at a high impact manufacturing site?

I'm partnering with a global industrial manufacturer in the Enschede area that is looking for a Senior EH&S Supervisor to lead safety, health, and environmental compliance initiatives. This role is central to the site's mission to protect people, processes, and the planet.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead development and execution of EH&S policies, procedures, and site programs
  • Manage permits, risk assessments (RI&E), and regulatory compliance
  • Act as first point of contact for audits and inspections (internal and external)
  • Lead the emergency response team (BHV) and on-site incident investigations
  • Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards
  • Drive the 6S program and embed a strong safety culture across the site

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field
  • Dutch HVK certification (Hogere Veiligheidskunde)
  • 5+ years EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment (200+ employees)
  • Strong understanding of Dutch environmental/safety regulations
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • A confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator
