Role: Automation Developer
Location: Norwich/hybrid
Salary: Up to £50k DOE
We're supporting a forward-thinking professional services firm undergoing a major digital transformation. As part of a newly formed team, they're now looking for a mid to senior-level Automation Developer to drive process efficiency through innovative automation solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the technical direction of a greenfield automation function. You'll work with a mix of technologies including UiPath, Power Automate, APIs, AI/ML, and Document Understanding, helping build scalable automation with long-term impact.
You'll design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, set coding standards, collaborate with business teams, and support the wider rollout of RPA across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, Apps)
- Proven ability to design modular, reusable, and scalable automation workflows
- Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and external applications
- Knowledge of AI/ML models and automation use cases
- Familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, version control, and DevOps
- Agile working mindset with strong communication skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of Python, C#, PowerShell, and IT infrastructure concepts
