Job Title: Configuration Controller
Location: Enfield
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + benefits
TEC Partners are recruiting a Configuration Controller for a leading technology and engineering company in Enfield. This is a key role responsible for maintaining control of technical data, ensuring configuration integrity, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.
You'll need a strong technical background, attention to detail, and confidence managing engineering data within ERP systems. The role involves ownership of change control processes, documentation accuracy, and configuration management procedures, ensuring compliance with quality and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage release and change control of technical data in ERP (IFS Cloud 11).
- Maintain part structures, BOMs, drawings, documents, and software records.
- Develop and improve configuration management processes and documentation.
- Support QMS activities and ERP system improvements.
- Produce configuration plans for new bids and projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in configuration management or control (ideally in defence, aerospace, or similar).
- Proficient in ERP systems (IFS Cloud or SAP preferred).
- Strong communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and configuration control processes is beneficial.
