    • Support on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of control systems (~15% international travel).

    • Ensure systems meet functional specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

    • Produce and maintain operation manuals, installation guides, FAT/SAT reports, and software documentation.

    • Ensure compliance with Safety PLC standards and relevant industrial guidelines.

  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

    • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams to integrate control systems effectively.

    • Contribute technical knowledge to optimize control system architecture and project execution.

    • Identify and implement improvements to software standards and project processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in industrial control systems (PLC & HMI programming).

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC; Rockwell/Allen-Bradley is a plus.

  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus).

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and P&IDs.

  • Experience creating FAT/SAT reports and commissioning industrial systems.

  • Knowledge of Safety PLC systems and relevant standards.

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to manage complex processes.

  • Advanced English; Dutch is a plus.
