  • Strong experience delivering structural engineering design for building projects
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage junior engineers
  • Excellent understanding of structural design from first principles
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla (or similar software)
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project fees and scope
  • Clear and confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with MIStructE or MICE, or demonstrable progression toward Chartership

What's on offer

  • Salary of £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
  • Senior-level influence over technical delivery and team development
  • Exposure to a diverse and technically engaging project portfolio
  • A clear platform for continued career progression within the business

This is a strong opportunity for a senior structural engineer seeking a leadership role within a stable, professional and collaborative consultancy environment.
