  • Lead backend and infrastructure development across cloud and data systems

  • Design and operate scalable infrastructure using modern DevOps and infra-as-code practices

  • Work across the stack when needed, including frontend contributions

  • Help define engineering standards, best practices, and long-term technical direction

Tech Stack

About You

  • Strong backend and infrastructure experience in production environments

  • Comfortable owning technical decisions and balancing speed with long-term quality

  • Excited about building applied AI systems in complex, real-world industries

  • Enjoy working through ambiguity and making sound engineering judgement calls

  • Leadership mindset with interest in mentoring and shaping early engineering culture

  • Bonus: experience building or shipping AI products in production
