Position: Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM)
Location: London/Hybrid
Type: Contract, Inside IR35, 6 Months
Rate: £700-725 p/day
We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM) to take ownership of a major cyber transformation programme. This strategic role is responsible for defining the IDAM strategy, overseeing a portfolio of initiatives, and ensuring that people, systems, and data are protected through modern, robust identity practices.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of project managers to deliver initiatives across identity lifecycle management, privileged access, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).
- Shape the organisation's next-generation identity security controls, supporting safe, responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.
- Collaborate across Cyber Security, IT, HR, and business functions, ensuring alignment, adoption, and effective change management.
- Drive the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual, ensuring systems and processes are sustainable, scalable, and future-ready.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale IDAM or security transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of identity principles, controls, and technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios, balancing delivery, risk, and benefits realisation
