The Team

You will join a newly formed Dynamic Pricing and Revenue Management team alongside a Data Analyst and a Data Engineer.

The team's core objective is to help property hosts increase occupancy and earnings through smart, data driven pricing strategies. You will work with large scale, high quality datasets in a modern cloud based data environment, focused on measurable business impact.

Your Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will take ownership of complex pricing and forecasting models and translate analytical concepts into tangible commercial impact.

You will:

  • Translate business questions into scientific, testable models and clear recommendations

  • Design and own machine learning, forecasting, and predictive models across revenue management topics such as demand forecasting, price elasticity, and conversion probability

  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies including weekend adjustments, early booking incentives, and regional pattern analysis

  • Partner closely with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to define datasets, features, and model requirements

  • Lead discussions on model assumptions, trade offs, and performance, always focusing on business impact

  • Monitor and iterate on model performance to continuously improve accuracy and relevance

  • Act as a senior contributor within the team, raising the bar for data science standards and mentoring others


Your Profile

  • 5 plus years of experience as a Data Scientist solving diverse business problems

  • Strong foundation in statistics, forecasting, and machine learning

  • Hands on experience with Python and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets

  • Interest in pricing, revenue optimisation, or marketplace dynamics, prior revenue management experience is a plus

  • Proactive, self starting mindset with strong ownership

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders
