Site Safety & Facilities Officer
Location: Seattle, Washington, USA
Salary: up to $75,000 per annum
TEC Partners is supporting an innovative advanced manufacturing business in its search for a Site Safety & Facilities Officer to join its growing team in Seattle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role. You'll take ownership of site safety, regulatory compliance and facilities management, helping to create and maintain a safe, compliant and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Health & Safety activities across the site.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and internal safety policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections and workplace audits.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Coordinate contractor management and visitor safety processes.
- Oversee facilities maintenance, liaising with external contractors and service providers.
- Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and site security initiatives.
- Maintain accurate Health & Safety documentation and records.
- Drive a positive safety culture through training, communication, and continuous improvement.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety and/or Facilities role within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
- A strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices.
- Experience carrying out risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
- The ability to manage contractors and external suppliers.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work independently.
