I began my career in sales after coming to the realisation that like many others, my dream of becoming a professional footballer wasn’t coming to fruition.

This was a natural step for me due to my competitive streak alongside my strong ability to work with and bring out the best in others. I have worked in various sales roles across various industries including leisure, security, insurance, and technology and have found recruitment to be the area that I excel the most. During the interview process, it quickly became clear that TEC Partners was where I was meant to be due to the amazing culture and working environment that has been built as well as the opportunity to personally impact the growth of our Delivery function.

When I’m not at work, I love nothing more than spending time with my future wife and two young children as well as spending time with friends. I also enjoy keeping active by running, going to the gym, and playing some outrageously inconsistent golf.
