I focus on placing high-impact Software Engineers into early-stage, product led environments - often supporting founders as they make their first technical hires. With a deep understanding of fast moving, venture backed tech ecosystems, I help start-ups build structured hiring processes and secure talent that drive meaningful growth.

Outside the office
Outside of work, I'm into all things sport - you'll often find me in the gym, playing football, or working on my (very average) golf game. I also love music and mixing on the decks in my spare time.
