After graduating with degrees in Sport Science and Marketing Management, I spent several years working for New Zealand Rugby, where I got a true insight into High Performance teams. I’ve spent the last 6 years transferring that knowledge and experience into identifying and recruiting exceptional talent, talent that has enabled many organisations to successfully scale their most important asset.

Outside of the office

Born & Raised in New Zealand, I’m a big sports fan, Rugby, Cricket, Golf (Football, not so much, I did try), I also enjoy a craft beer, a good laugh and a good story, in fact, I’m often found incorporating all of the above at once.
