Founding Account Executive

We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to join a well-funded, early-stage startup at the forefront of LLM-powered infrastructure. We're building a product that enables teams to make their internal data conversational, unlocking insights through natural language, not dashboards.
You'll be joining as the first sales hire, working directly with a repeat founder with multiple successful exits, and playing a key role in shaping the company's go-to-market motion from day one.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle from early discovery to close in a fast-moving, technical sales environment 
- Educate the market on a category-defining product that's still in its earliest stages 
- Partner with product and engineering to feed back real-world insights and iterate on positioning and roadmap 
- Build and refine foundational sales processes, messaging, and playbooks as we scale from SMB to enterprise 
We're looking for someone who:
- Has sold early-stage technical products (ideally in AI, dev tools, or data/infra) 
- Is excited by ambiguity and thrives in environments with high autonomy and little structure 
- Can credibly engage both technical and business audiences, from engineers to growth leaders 
- Brings an operator's mindset, strong curiosity, and desire to shape strategy, not just execute it 
Bonus:
- Experience in solutions engineering, founder-led sales, or zero-to-one GTM 
- Background in AI/ML tooling or LLM applications 
- Passion for the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and its impact on enterprise knowledge access 
This is a remote-friendly role with occasional in-person collaboration.
