The Opportunity
Our client is looking for their first marketing hire to build our marketing engine from the ground up. If you've ever wanted to shape a brand from zero in a category-defining space, this is it.
This company is on a mission to help medical innovators bring life-saving products to market faster and safer. They've built a specialized AI platform that's already trusted by companies like Bayer, B.Braun, and Novartis, and they're just getting started.
Founded in 2023, they've raised €5.4M in Seed funding from exceptional investors, spent two years building our foundation, now they're gearing towards Series A, and ready to scale.
What You'll Own
You'll work directly with the founders to define their marketing strategy and execute on it, from events and LinkedIn to PR, content, community building, and beyond. You'll have real autonomy, real ownership, and the freedom to move fast.
Your focus areas:
- Strategy - Understand their market, buyers, and positioning deeply
- Brand & Storytelling - Create a narrative that cuts through the noise
- Community & Events - Build connections through digital and in-person activations
- Content Marketing - Develop thought leadership that engages and converts
- Growth & Systems - Design repeatable playbooks for demand generation
- Cross-functional leadership - Align marketing with Product, Sales, and Operations
What They're Looking For
✅ 3-5+ years in marketing at enterprise B2B SaaS companies (life sciences experience strongly preferred)
✅ You've built marketing from scratch before, you don't need a playbook to execute
✅ You're a hands-on execution machine who ships work at pace
✅ You're motivated by solving complex problems that have real-world impact
✅ You're an AI pioneer, not just a user, you leverage AI to amplify your work
✅ Fluent in English (German is a plus)
