Role: Mandarin-Speaking Client Support Specialist

Location: Remote/Norfolk

Salary: DOE

We're supporting a growing business that works with major retail clients, now looking for a Mandarin-speaking Client Support Specialist.

This is a varied, client-facing role where you'll manage queries, solve problems, and work with data to deliver tailored solutions. You'll often handle unique requests, requiring initiative and strong judgement, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. There is also opportunity to gain exposure to areas such as store layouts and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage client queries with professionalism
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Analyse data (primarily in Excel) to support decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Fluent Mandarin and English
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise effectively

Desirable:

  • Retail sector experience
  • Exposure to floor planning or tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SQL
