What You Will Do
Design and build high-performance systems supporting AI workflows, observability, optimization, evaluation, and experimentation
Own complex systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and iteration
Contribute to open-source infrastructure powering real-world AI applications
Collaborate closely with a small, highly technical team across systems, AI, and product
Improve scalability, reliability, latency, and long-term maintainability of core systems
Tech Stack
Systems programming languages (Rust, C, C++, Zig), distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, AI platforms, open-source tooling
About You
Strong background in systems engineering with experience in low-level or performance-critical systems
Comfortable driving large technical projects from concept to production
Experience with systems programming languages such as Rust, C, C++, or Zig
Excited to work close to the metal while learning new domains like AI and ML systems
Strong technical judgment and a high bar for engineering quality
Collaborative, curious, and motivated by challenging technical problems
Bonus
Experience working on developer platforms, infrastructure, or ML systems
Prior open-source contributions
Interest in or exposure to large language models, reinforcement learning, or data-intensive systems
Team and Environment
